Yes — every saree we sell is genuinely handwoven by artisans in Kerala’s registered handloom clusters. We do not stock mill-made or power-loom products.
Pure cotton kasavu sarees are lightweight and breathable — ideal for daily wear and warm weather. Cotton-silk blends have a subtle sheen and a slightly heavier drape, making them popular for festivals and weddings. Both styles feature the authentic gold kasavu border.
A Geographical Indication (GI) tag certifies that a product originates from a specific region and has qualities attributable to that region. Kasavu sarees from Balaramapuram, Chendamangalam, and Kuthampully all hold GI tags, guaranteeing their authenticity.
