Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
- Customised or made-to-order sarees
- Items marked as “Final Sale”
How to Initiate a Return
- Email us at Enquiry@hexalooms.com within 7 days of receiving your order
- Include your order number and reason for return
- We will send you a return authorisation and instructions
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method.
Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos at Enquiry@hexalooms.com. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
